“Miracle of Mind is The Highway to Solving Global Issues”: Avinash Dharmadhikari to Competitive Exam Students

In an experiential event hosted by Pune’s Chanakya Mandal Pariwar, students were introduced to the New 7-Minute Free Meditation App launched by Sadhguru

Pune-based Chanakya Mandal Pariwar, led by former IAS officer Shri Avinash Dharmadhikari, hosted an exclusive “Miracle of Mind Experience Session” on Sunday evening for aspirants of UPSC, MPSC, and Combined Services. Hundreds of students participated in the session in person, while many more joined virtually from across Maharashtra to experience the viral 7-minute meditation offered through the Miracle of Mind app.

Featuring a 7-minute guided meditation by Sadhguru, the app is designed to help individuals establish a consistent meditation practice and take charge of their mental well-being.

Encouraging students to make meditation a part of their daily routine, Dharmadhikari said, My best wishes to you all — may you dream of becoming clean and efficient Karyakarta Adhikaris of Bharat, who not only make the nation proud but also go on to address global issues and show the way forward.”

“This evening, we witnessed one such path — a highway. If only you follow it and encourage others to do the same, the whole world will find itself on the right path. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Sadhguru as a being and to the Isha Foundation as the global family he has created.”

Major Renu Gore, Trustee and Faculty at Chanakya Mandal Pariwar, shared, “My daughter and I began using the Miracle of Mind app daily from Mahashivratri night. It has definitely made us calmer, and the first change we noticed was improved sleep quality. The app is very well-designed and appealing to the younger generation.”

Referring to the short wisdom clips from Sadhguru that follow each meditation, she said, “My daughter’s genuine reaction was, ‘How does Sadhguru know what I was thinking?’ On her insistence, we have now moved on to the 12-minute meditation. As she enters the often turbulent teenage phase, I hope this practice helps turn us inward and makes us better individuals — so that we can serve our country and grow into true karyakartas of Bharat.”

Recent studies indicate close to 60 to 70 million people in India suffer from common and severe mental disorders. India holds the unfortunate record of having the highest number of suicides in the world. According to a National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) report released, 1.71 lakh people died by suicide in 2022 in India. The suicide rate has increased to 12.4 per 1,00,000 – the highest rate ever recorded in India.

Offered as a simple solution to the mental health crisis, “Miracle of Mind” app has shattered records, crossing 1 million downloads in just 15 hours and 2 million in 2 weeks. It claimed the #1 spot in the iOS Health & Fitness category for three consecutive days before launch and has ranked among the top 10 free applications in India and the top 30 in the US. Besides a powerful 7-minute guided meditation practice, the app allows tracking progress and also offers timeless wisdom by Sadhguru.
