Israel has launched a new wave of airstrikes on Gaza, marking a significant escalation just weeks after a ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the strikes, accusing Hamas of violating the truce through renewed cross-border attacks and the disputed return of hostage remains.
