Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd., the EV subsidiary of Kinetic Engineering Ltd., today announced the launch of its exclusive 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) dealership in Ulhasnagar, Thane, further expanding its presence across Maharashtra following its first dealership inauguration in Pune. The launch represents a significant step towards democratising electric mobility in India, across metros and the rapidly evolving Tier-2 and Tier-3 growth regions.
The showroom, owned by Mr. Hiten Jhamnani, is located Near Meera NX Hospital, Kalyan–Ambernath Road, Ulhasnagar, Thane – 421003, and spans 825 sq. ft., designed to deliver a premium and interactive brand experience. The new Kinetic EV range reimagines the iconic Kinetic DX as a modern, practical, and family-friendly electric scooter, combining timeless design with advanced EV technology. Built with a strong metal body, spacious floorboard, and segment-leading 37-litre under-seat storage, it’s engineered for today’s urban lifestyle while retaining the nostalgic DNA of the original.
The Kinetic EV showroom will showcase both variants – Kinetic DX and Kinetic DX+, both powered by a robust 2.6 kWh Range-X LFP battery, ensuring superior safety and reliability. Key features include K-Coast regenerative braking, reverse assist, and hill-hold assist, along with three ride modes: Range, Power, and Turbo.
The DX+ variant adds smart connectivity via the Telekinetic app, featuring real-time ride data, geo-fencing, intruder alerts, and “Find My Kinetic” tracking. The scooter also features My Kiney Voice Alerts, giving the vehicle a friendly persona that greets riders, provides safety prompts, and even wishes them on their birthday. A Kinetic Assist switch enables instant CRM connect, while Bluetooth functions such as music and voice navigation enhance convenience.
The Kinetic DX is priced at ₹1,11,499 and the Kinetic DX+ at ₹1,17,499 (both ex-showroom). The DX+ is available in five colours – Red, Blue, White, Silver, and Black, while the DX is offered in Silver and Black.
Customers can further enhance their ownership experience with an extended warranty pack offering coverage of up to 9 years or 1 lakh kilometres, whichever comes earlier, along with Roadside Assistance (RSA) coverage of up to 100 kilometres. The package is available for both Kinetic DX and DX+ models.
