It includes emergency helplines such as Police (100), Ambulance (108), Fire Brigade (104), Disaster Management Control Room (1077), Women Helpline (1091), Child Helpline (1098), Senior Citizens Helpline (1090), and WhatsApp reporting (8975283100).
The platform also delivers real-time crime alerts and updates about incidents such as thefts and assaults, keeping citizens informed and vigilant. In addition, it offers safety tips and guidelines on personal safety, cyber security, and crime prevention measures. There is also a section dedicated to lost and found items, helping residents report or retrieve lost property, pets, and missing persons.
The Citizen Alert Wall reflects Pune Police’s broader commitment to enhancing transparency, leveraging technology, and fostering community engagement.
