Royal Enfield has unveiled the 2025 edition of its popular Meteor 350 cruiser motorcycle in India. The refreshed model retains the 349 cc engine but gains new styling elements, fresh paint schemes and variant-wise price adjustments to keep the bike competitive in the mid-size cruiser segment.
Variants and Pricing
The Meteor 350 continues to be offered in three trims — Fireball, Stellar and Supernova. According to company announcements, ex-showroom prices start at about ₹1.76 lakh for the Fireball variant, go up to roughly ₹1.81 lakh for Stellar and reach around ₹1.90–₹1.91 lakh for Supernova. (On-road prices including state taxes can be closer to ₹1.95 lakh in some cities.)
Engine and Performance
All three variants share the same 349 cc, single-cylinder, air-/oil-cooled engine producing about 20 bhp and 27 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike uses Royal Enfield’s “J-platform” chassis, which the company says improves stability and ride quality compared to older models.
Features and Technology
The 2025 Meteor 350 carries forward features such as a semi-digital instrument console, Bluetooth-enabled “Tripper” navigation pod for turn-by-turn directions, dual-channel ABS, 300 mm front and 270 mm rear disc brakes, and an easy-reach cruiser handlebar. New colour themes and finishes differentiate the 2025 line-up from the previous version.
Market Position
With its relaxed ergonomics and highway-friendly setup, the Meteor 350 competes with motorcycles such as Honda’s CB350 and Jawa’s 42 Bobber. The updated pricing keeps it in roughly the same bracket while giving buyers more choice in aesthetics.
Customer Perspective
Motorcycle reviewers note that the Meteor remains one of the few entry-level cruisers offering a blend of classic styling and modern connectivity features at under ₹2 lakh ex-showroom. Riders looking for an affordable long-distance tourer may find the new variant mix attractive.
Conclusion
The 2025 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 aims to build on the success of its predecessor by adding new looks and maintaining competitive pricing. Although on-road costs in some regions approach ₹1.95 lakh, the ex-showroom price for the base model stays closer to ₹1.76 lakh, keeping the Meteor in the sweet spot of the mid-size cruiser market.
