On Friday afternoon, during Friday prayers at the high-school mosque in the Kelapa Gading district of North Jakarta, multiple blasts rocked the premises. The national police have now revealed the discovery of what may be explosive powder and other evidence, and a 17-year-old student has been identified as the suspected perpetrator.
The incident occurred around midday when prayers had just begun inside the mosque located within the grounds of a state high school.
